Returns

We hope you love the products you ordered! But in case you are not 100% satisfied, we’ve made our return process super easy. We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

How to return a product or order?

To return one or more items from your order, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization.

Include your order number in the subject line of your email.

Please note that we do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Taxes and duties on international shipments are non-refundable.

 

Important information about returns:

All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition to be eligible for return.

Items returned or exchanged without prior authorization and in non-original packaging will not be accepted.

All our items undergo a quality control inspection. However, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged due to shipping. Please contact our customer service team and provide photos of the defective item.

Sale items, discounted items, final sale items, and limited edition products are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

Important reminders:

Do not send your return to the sender’s address on the package. This is not the return address and will delay your return processing. Even if you use your own shipping method, you must only send it to the address provided on our return label.

Please ensure that you do not accidentally include non-OHMYGEM items in your return package. We are not responsible for sending such items back to you.

 

Refunds

Once the returned product has passed our quality inspection and been approved, our customer service team will process your refund to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your refund has been issued.
