Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States
- France
Please review the country-specific shipping restrictions below before placing your order.
We do not ship to the following regions, ZIP codes and address types:
United States Shipping Restrictions：
- 006–009 (Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands)
- 967–969 (Hawaii & Guam)
- 995–999 (Alaska)
- APO / FPO military addresses
- Amazon warehouse addresses
- U.S. overseas territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
France Shipping Restrictions:
- P.O. Box addresses
- Military addresses (addresses containing armée or armee)
- French overseas territories and affiliated islands, including postal codes starting with 97, 98, or 00
Orders placed with restricted or unsupported addresses may be cancelled, refunded, or require address modification before shipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and eligible for delivery.
Shipping Fees
- Orders over USD 70 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders below USD 70 will incur a USD 10 shipping fee.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 10 to 17 business days after the order is placed, including both processing and shipping time.

Most orders are handmade, carefully wrapped, and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
For orders that include flower series or crystal stone series, which are handmade, the processing time is usually 5 to 7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
All international orders are shipped via 4PX and its local delivery partners in the destination country. After your parcel has been handed over to 4PX, delivery usually takes around 7 to 10 business days under normal conditions.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. In some cases, customs procedures may cause your parcel to appear pre-opened. Hong Kong Solaire Limited (operating under the brand name “Oh My Gem”) is not responsible for customs-related issues, shipping delays, or any unforeseen events after the parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping Address Change
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not change the shipping address.
International Shipping Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped duties and taxes included.
The total amount paid at checkout is final, and no additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
Returns, Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery at ohmygem.com.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Please note that earrings and sale items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain return approval and the correct return shipping address. Once approved, all eligible items must be shipped back in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
